Recruitment
Just below the homepage, you will find your job board section, which in this example is called 'Recruitment', the name for each client will be different, typically it will be just your company name.
Inside the job board, you will find all the data related to your recruitment process – consultants, jobs, candidates, applications, job alerts and CVs.
Consultants
The consultant's section shows all the existing staff along with their email, telephone, and a profile URL.
The consultants can be manually ordered by assigning them an order number when you are setting up their profile, this will also give you an indication as to how it will appear on the front end of the site on the meet the team page.
You can view the consultant’s profile within the Recruit App, here you can see their bio and all the jobs posted by them, current or expired.
Jobs
You can find the full list of all your job listings here, whether they are coming in from an API or added manually. The map gives you a quick overview of how many jobs you have and in what location.
The list of jobs includes both active and expired jobs, and each job can be viewed by clicking on the job reference.
The job details page shows all the information linked to the job - consultants, job description, expiry date as well as all of the applications and CVs submitted against that job.
Candidates
This section includes both registered and unregistered candidates. Meaning that the system retains the information of the users that have applied for a job without registering, so it's easier for the recruiter to keep track and have all the data in one place.
The registered candidates are marked with a green tick, which also gives a visual indication of the split between registered and unregistered candidates.
Additionally, every candidate in the list has a profile, where all of their data is stored, such as applications, shortlisted jobs, CVs and Job alerts. This allows the recruiter to keep track of candidates' activities and approach them in a more personal manner.
Job Applications
This list consists of all of the applications received and is sorted by application date, so the latest entries will be at the top, keeping the consultant's focus on the new incoming applications.
Job Alerts
This section shows you the list of all job alerts that have been set up by the candidates, with the newest entry at the top of the list. This allows the consultant to see what candidates are most active and what jobs are in highest demand at that point in time.
CVs
The CVs section allows the recruiter to see all of the CVs that have been dropped off by potential candidates who may not be ready to apply but want to get in contact with the agency.
