      Managing HTML Email templates

        We use a standard HTML template for Thank You emails, ensuring consistent structure for all email types. 

        This example Thank You email shows all the customisible areas within the HTML template, so with a few quick edits both content and the brand colours can be changed. 

        Unfamilair with HTML? We can help!
        It will take 1 hour per email template to get it all set for you, which will be taken from your helpdesk retainer. All we need is the content, simply fill out this request form for each email you need.

        If you are familiar with HTML or perhaps feeling like trying something new you can manage your HTML template when you add new or edit an existing Thank You Email. Simply add the code to the 'Email Content' field, save changes and then preview your content.
