Published pages: These are the pages that have been published to LIVE and are visible to the end-user and yourself.
Modified pages: These pages are the ones that have been edited or modified in the CMS. The yellow icon indicates that the page can be viewed in the staging environment but has not been published to live.
Disabled pages: Disabled pages will not be published to either staging or live when you do a full site publish. This is an excellent way to exclude some pages that never change on your site, making the full site publish quicker.
Please note:
Disabling your pages is not the same as deleting them. Disabled pages will still show on your side, either staging or live depending on what environment they were published to prior to being disabled.
