Why are some of my jobs not showing on the site?

The simple answer to that is that those jobs have expired.
The count you see next to the jobs section is the number of live jobs that are visible on your site. Whereas the list of jobs will show you all of the listings, both active and expired. 

You can view the expiration dates by sliding the red bottom bar to the right to reveal the 'expiry date' column.
