How to add a new Speaker - Events and Podcasts only
There are two main methods to add a new speaker. If you are the kind of person that likes to have all their prerequisites before they start on the long journey of creating media posts, then method 1 is for you. But if you are, however, the opposite of that and like to just do everything all in one go, then method 2 would suit you best.
Method 1
To add a new speaker, navigate to Speakers and click on the ‘Add’
This will open an ‘Add’ page ready to be populated.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address – this is a required field designed to help with…
- Job Title
- Image
Method 2
With this method you have the flexibility to add a new speaker as you are creating or editing a media post. Simply click the red plus button and an add page for a new speaker will pop open.
Once you have added a new speaker, please note that your latest entry will not be automatically selected, so you will need to click on the drop-down menu and select the speaker you have just created.
